When do you charge my card when I book? When you make an appointment through our online Calander, the system requires a credit card to reserve your appointment. This holds your appointment. If you call and make an appointment you will need to provide a card to make an appointment. Your therapist will run your card after your appointment has been completed. If you happen to "no show" , a 50% " no show" fee will be charged to your card on file per our cancelation policy. If you booked with a package and "no showed", we assess a separate cancelation fee based on the full fair price for the (1) session missed. This does not mean you have purchased any package. You would need to rebook, starting a new first session appointment. * view our navigation bar for full cancelation policy This may not be desirable, but it is a policy done to prevent no shows and to hold accountable people who end up not showing up for their appointment.
